Return & Refund Policy – Dailyshop99

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Items on sale

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
